Just another day...

So, I have been on the job hunt for a while now and I finally feel that I am making progress. With some interviews under my belt I feel that I am possibly getting better at them...hopefully! I am just hoping that everything will work out for the best and I am sure that it will.
On another note, I am very happy that Jake is going to be coming home next month from Korea. I don't like having him gone and am so happy my best friend will be back soon! I hope he gets to come home for Christmas and if so, then we are going to go to Lake Tahoe and visit my in-laws. (fingers crossed!)

Time to update it's been awhile...

So, it seems like forever since I have been on here.... I have just graduated from college, yay! I am happy to be done but I have been somewhat bored at the same time. I am trying to decide on where to take my life and my career. I have recently applied for a couple of teaching English jobs in Korea. I am waiting to have a second interview for one of the jobs in Korea. I am hoping so much for this opportunity. Not only would I be able to be close to my husband for one year but to also have a new experience in another culture. Not all of my hard work in college would go to waist because the job pays more for degrees in Literature. I am really hoping to get this job but if not, I am left wondering what now? I feel somewhat lost. I know I want to work in academics but what exactly? I am just waiting and praying in the meantime to find meaning in what I will end up doing. I want inner peace and meaning in life continuously but is that too much to ask for?
